The Line: Bradley Braves -2 -- Over/Under: See the Latest Odds
The Bradley Braves hope to begin a season ending hot streak when the Loyola (Chicago) Ramblers visit Carver Arena.
The Loyola (Chicago) Ramblers looked like a noise maker as they entered the Missouri Valley schedule but the conference slate has not been kind with a 5-8 record. Putting points on the scoreboard has been a major concern as this team does not always break the 60 point plateau. The Ramblers are hoping to build on Wednesday's 66-62 win against visiting Southern Illinois in a battle of halfcourt attacks. The Salukis sank shots in the 45% range with seven more looks to stay close to the Ramblers hefty 55% marksmanship in a clean and even contest otherwise. Montel James pumped in a game high 19 points and grabbed eight rebounds with Devon Turk next in line with 15 points. Earl Peterson and Donte Ingram netted nine points apiece with Jeff White adding seven points and eight assists.

The Bradley Braves lone goal as the end of the season nears is to climb out of the Missouri Valley basement which might be easier said then done with the offense struggling to 58 points. The Braves have scored more then 60 points twice in the past ten games and like I always say, you still have to score to win in any sport. The Braves are looking to bounce back from a 60-54 defeat at Drake where a late Bulldogs surge erased a three point lead. Bradley had shooting issues at less then 35% with an 8-26 effort on threes hurting them. Drake countered with nearly 49% accuracy with a 10-18 mark on threes and a 14-14 effort at the stripe. Tramique Sutherland led the offense with 17 points, five pulls and five helpers with Auston Barnes tossing in 13 points. Nate Wells, Omari Grier and Ka'Darryl Bell followed with six points each but little help came from the rest of the team.
The Ramblers are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 road games and 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games overall. Loyola (Chicago) are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 vs. Missouri Valley and 7-2 ATS in their last 9 games following a ATS win. The Braves are 5-11 ATS in their last 16 games overall and 3-7 ATS in their last 10 games following a ATS loss. Bradley are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 home games and 1-5 ATS in their last 6 home games vs. a team with a winning road record. Bradley has obviously struggled but trust me, the Ramblers have a winning record but aren't great and will find a way to make this a white knuckler for the brave souls willing to bet this...
