The Big Red of Cornell need a win at the Yale Bulldogs to have a shot at the Ivy League title.
It's no surprise that the Cornell Big Red need to control the scoreboard because like many of their counterparts they don't possess the big offense. The Big Red need toget right back in the win column after getting hammered 61-40 at Harvard that prevented a three game winning streak. The Crimson dominated the second half 40-16 to win easy with the Big Red held to just 24% to make Harvard's 41% accuracy look white hot. Offense was tough to find with a ten point, eight rebound performance from Shonn Miller leading the way while Devin Cherry tossed in eight points. The Big Red recorded only eleven field goals overall with Harvard hitting 21.

The Yale Bulldogs have one conference loss to Harvard and know their only ticket to the Big Dance is to win the Ivy League which essentially means don't lose because the Crimson won't let up. The Bulldogs are one of the more balanced teams in the conference and can win with scoring and defense and it was the offense that bailed them out in an 81-73 victory at Princeton where an eleven point first half lead carried the day. The Bulldogs owned a 58%-52% shooting advantage which was the difference with three more baskets. Justin Sears led five double digit scorers with 25 points and nine rebounds on 8-11 shooting while Matt Townsend scored 13. Javier Duren added 12 points, seven pulls and seven assists with Makai Mason and Jack Montague added eleven points each.
The Big Red are 13-2-2 ATS in their last 17 games following a SU loss of more than 20 points and 5-1-2 ATS in their last 8 games following a ATS loss. Cornell are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 Friday games and 7-2-1 ATS in their last 10 games following a S.U. loss. The Bulldogs are 5-0-1 ATS in their last 6 Friday games and 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games overall. Yale are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 vs. Ivy League and 18-6-2 ATS in their last 26 games following a S.U. win. Yale might be the best team in the Ivy so Cornell has to play well or get crushed but this looks like a toss up with the points...
