Malik Beasley led the Noles with 25 points and five rebounds while Xavier Rathan-Mayes had 10 points and four assists. The Florida State Seminoles have struggled on the defensive end so far this season, allowing 162 points in their last two games. Florida State is far improved offensively than it’s been in the past, but the Seminoles are going to struggle this year if they can’t get stops consistently. The good news for Florida State is that Beasley has scored 67 points in three games and is making an early case as one of the top freshman in the ACC. The Seminoles need this game.
