I don’t know what the 5-2 Nebraska Cornhuskers really are because their two losses are to good programs and the wins are against teams they should defeat. All the numbers say the Cornhuskers have above average scoring and defense. The Huskers offense was more then enough in an 82-71 win versus Tennessee on Saturday as they made an eight point first half lead hold up. Nebraska connected at 49% with the Vols hitting at 35.6% which was a difference of nine field goals. Tai Webster led a balanced Nebraska attack with 18 points followed by Andrew White III with 15 points. Shavon Shields and Jake Hammond netted eleven points each and combined for 17 rebounds while Glynn Watson Jr. chipped in with ten points.
Miami are 8-1 ATS in their last 9 games overall and the under is 15-5 in their last 20 Tuesday games while the over is 14-5-2 in their last 21 road games. The over is 7-1 in Nebraska’s last 8 overall and the under is 6-2 in their last 8 Tuesday games while Nebraska are 4-9 ATS in their last 13 games overall. I am going to back Miami who will be looking to stay in the top 20…
