The Nevada Wolf Pack will be shooting for a road win at the Fresno State Bulldogs Wednesday night.
The Nevada Wolf Pack are somewhat of a mystery team in the Mountain West with a few big names and the rest of the conference falling in line. The Wolf Pack are coming off of a 71-68win versus Wyoming that stopped a two game skid. The Cowboys were held to less then 39% from the floor and gave the ball away 17 times but were 10-21 on threes to offset Nevada’s 43.6% shooting and five more field goals in a fairly even boxscore. Marqueze Coleman paced the Wolf Pack offense with 23 points and five yanks on 8-18 from the field. Cameron Oliver added 15 points and eight rebounds while Elijah Foster and Tyron Criswell combined for 17 points and nine boards.

The Fresno State Bulldogs are supposed to be one of the top teams in the Mountain West but where they fit is the question. The Bulldogs saw a two game winning streak end last time out in a 77-62 loss to visiting New Mexico as a five point favorite. The Lobos jumped to a 17 point lead after 20 minutes and traded baskets the rest of the way. UNM burned the nets at 53% but gave the ball away 24 times which gave the Bulldogs 25 more looks at the basket which was negated by 36% marksmanship including a 1-18 effort on threes. Marvelle Harris gave Fresno State 15 points on 5-19 with Cullen Russo and Julien Lewis tossed in 12 points each while Karachi Edo added eleven points and eleven rebounds.
The over is 11-3 in Nevada last 14 Wednesday games and is 11-5 in their last 16 vs. Mountain West. The over is 11-0 in the last 11 meetings. The over has hit in eleven straight so can we make it an even 12?
