The Shockers are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games overall and 28-11 ATS in their last 39 road games. The Bears are 3-1-1 ATS in their last 5 Wednesday games however, just 2-5-1 ATS in their last 8 vs. MVC opponents.
Wichita State is once again the team to beat in the MVC and now that they are fully healthy, look like one of the better teams in the country. Missouri State has picked up big wins against Northern Iowa and Loyola (CHI) over their last two games and was outstanding defensively in both victories. Missouri State has been solid defensively but Wichita State is playing their best basketball of the season as of late and as the Shockers defense should be able to slow down the Bears offensive attack, I think Wichita State covers this large spread on the road.
