The Sacred Heart Pioneers have been struggling for consistency at both ends of the floor and that has cost them in the win column. The Pioneers have dropped four of five after an 85-67 defeat St. Francis (NY) on Saturday. The Terrier simply didn’t miss on 55% marksmanship while the Pioneers were well off the pace at 35% from the floor which negated eight extra looks at the basket. Sacred Heart received 18 points and five yanks from Cane Broome on 5-15 with Quincy McKnight adding 16 points and seven rebounds with a game high six turnovers. Matej Buovac and Eyimofe Edukugho combined for 19 points but the defense could not get stops.
