The #18 Louisville Cardinals travel to Cameron Indoor Stadium to face the #24 Duke Blue Devils.
The recently imposed postseason ban on the Louisville Cardinals only made them angry and they took out their frustration on the Boston College Eagles in a 79-47 rout on Saturday as a 20 point home favorite. The Cardinals were up 18 after 20 minutes and continued to press the issue until the final buzzer. UL burned the nets at 51%with a 15-1 advantage at the stripe so the Eagles 39% marksmanship and 17 turnovers was a losing effort. Trey Lewis led all scorers with 16 points with Deng Adel adding 13 points and seven boards. Donovan Mitchell scored ten points while Quentin Snider, Jaylen Johnson and Chianu Onauku combined for 27 points with Onauka hauling in 13 rebounds.

The Duke Blue Devils are not enjoying their typical success which is comical as a 17-6 record is impressive. The Blue Devils have won three of four after outscoring North Carolina State 88-80 on Saturday. The Wolfpack refused to go away with 45% shooting and 13 more looks at the basket keeping them competitive with Dukes 49% accuracy although their 14-28 effort on threes and nine more free throws proved to be decisive. Grayson Allen led all scorers with 28 points on 6-11 including four long balls with Luke Kennard right on his heels with 26 points on 9-15 with six bombs. Brandon Ingram added 14 points and seven boards while Marshall Plumlee chipped in with seven points and 12 rebounds.
Louisville are 19-7-1 in their last 27 Monday games. Duke are 5-15-1 ATS in their last 21 Monday games and the over is 6-2 in their last 8 home games. If Lee plays I’d take a shot with the Cardinals because he is key but his knee makes me want to sit this out…
