The Towson Tigers are another team with aspirations of finishing in the top four of the Colonial but those dreams suffered a setback in a 47-44 defeat at the hands of visiting Northeastern. This was an obvious defensive struggle with the Huskies held to 41% and only 4-16 from distance which was still good enough with Towson connecting at just 31% with 17 offensive rebounds giving the offense nine more looks at the basket to keep the game close. A winnable contest went by the wayside with the Tigers going 2-23 from beyond the arc. John Davis was the Tigers lone double digit scorer with 18 points and ten rebounds on 7-13 with Mike Morsell chipping in with eight points.
William & Mary are 20-6-1 ATS in their last 27 Saturday games and are 45-22-1 ATS in their last 68 games overall. The under is 8-2 in Towson last 10 home games and Towson are 3-9-1 ATS in their last 13 home games. No line is out with the Tigers having possible injuries…
