If I had to pick one area where Texas-San Antonio has had the most issues I would say at the defensive end of the floor where opponents have had no problem scoring the basketball. The Roadrunners have suffered eight consecutive defeats after a 79-65 loss at Florida International as a 12 point underdog. This game was dead even until the Golden Panthers went wild in the final 20 minutes behind nearly 58% marksmanship. UTSA was held to under 37% shooting and were 3-18 from beyond the arc with a difference of 12 baskets. The Roadrunners received 20 points and five yanks from Ryan Bowie with Christian Wilson adding 16 points and five steals. JR Harris netted 13 point and handed out five assists while five others totaled 16 points.
The over is 7-2 in Louisiana Tech last 9 Thursday games and the Bulldogsare 3-8 ATS in their last 11 Thursday games while the over is 15-7 in their last 22 road games. The over is 7-2 in UTSA last 9 Thursday games and UTSA are 7-19 ATS in their last 26 home games. UTSA loses big when I back them and La Tech doesn’t cover big spreads so be careful…
