Washington has probably been the biggest surprise of the tournament making it this far as a seventh seed, which includes beating Kentucky on its home court, and upsetting Maryland and Stanford. Meanwhile, Syracuse knocked out possibly the second best team in the country in South Carolina and flat out destroyed Tennessee. When you look at both teams, Syracuse is deeper offensively and should have the advantage on the glass.
So, in a game that should be well played from both sides, I give the edge to the Orange.
