Alaska-Anchorage has been a tough underdog in the tournament but the Oakland Golden Grizzlies were a bit tougher Friday in a 71-65 victory. The Golden Grizzlies appeared to be heading for an easy win with an eleven point lead heading to the locker room but the stubborn Seawolves would not go away. Oakland was the better shooting squad at 44.6%-35% which added up to a decisive four field goals. Martez Walker saved the Golden Grizzlies with a contest best 25 points on 10-19 including a 4-8 mark from distance with Jalen Hayes tossing in 13 points and grabbing six boards while Nick Daniels contributed 12 points on 4-6 from the floor.
