It appears like the third year is really going to be the charm for coach Chris Mullin, as he finally has some of his guys on the prgram and a lot of returning talent, which is producing depth and more consistent results. There's a lot of guys on this St. John's roster who are proven and can takeover at times, it's now about being better defensively and learning how to put teams away in the second half. They can start with a Central Connecticut Blue Devils squad that doesn't play teams of this caliber often and just lost to Hartford and Rutgers on the road. If the Red Storm keep their foot on the gas for 40 minutes, they should cruise to a blowout victory.
