Over at Cintas Center on Tuesday, the Baylor Bears and the Xavier Musketeers will be meeting up in college basketball action.

Baylor comes into this game with a 5-0 record so far. The Bears have beaten Central Arkansas, Texas A&M-CC, Alcorn State, Wisconsin and Creighton this year. In that Creighton game, King McClure led the Bears with 19 points, two rebounds and two steals.

Xavier vs. Baylor - 11/28/17 College Basketball Pick, Odds, and Prediction

USA TODAY Sports

On the season, Manu Lecomte is the top Baylor scorer with 19.0 PPG, and Jo Lual-Acuil is second on 14.0 PPG and 11.2 RPG. Also in double-figures for the Bears are Terry Maston (11.0 PPG; 8.6 RPG) and McClure (10.2 PPG).

Over on the Xavier side, they’re currently 5-1 on the year. The Musketeers had a five-game winning streak going before falling to Arizona State back on Friday. In that Arizona State game, JP Macura led Xavier with 23 points and five rebounds.

Leading the scoring for Xavier this year is Trevon Bluiett, with 21.3 PPG and 6.2 RPG, and Macura is second on 13.8 PPG and 5.0 RPG. Also in the double-digit club for Xavier are Tyrique Jones (11.0 PPG; 6.8 RPG) and Kaiser Gates (10.0 PPG; 4.5 RPG).

The Bears are 5-0 ATS in their last five versus the Big East and 9-3 ATS in their last 12 non-conference games. Baylor is also 18-7-1 ATS in their last 26 road games and 3-7 ATS in their last 10 games following an ATS win.

Meanwhile, the Musketeers are 4-0 ATS in their last four home games and 12-2 ATS in their last 14 games overall. Xavier is also 15-7 ATS in their last 22 Tuesday games and 1-3-1 ATS in their last five versus the Big 12.

Baylor came out pretty flat in that Creighton game, getting outscored 33-24 in the first half. To their credit, the Bears finished on a 41-26 run to take the game. As for Xavier, they started out strong in their Arizona State game, but were outscored 58-40 in the second half. All things considered I like the Bears to bag a cover in a fun game here.
