The Pacific Tigers battle the UC Davis Aggies in a west coast college basketball tilt on Wednesday.
The UC Davis Aggies look to continue their hot start that has seen the team win three of four. UC Davis comes off of an 81-67 victory at the Washington State Cougars as a 7.5 point road dog. The Aggies shocked the Cougars with a 42-25 first half run and were not challenged the rest of the way. UCD burned the nets at 54.5% and held WSU to 42.1% for a difference of six buckets.

TJ Shorts gave UC Davis a bit of everything with a team high 20 points, five pulls, five assists and five steals on 8-12 from the floor with Chima Moneke adding 19 points and eleven rebounds on 6-10 accuracy. Siler Schneider gave the Aggies 12 points and five pulls while Rogers Printup and AJ John combined for 17 points with John posting five yanks.
The Pacific Tigers began the 2017-18 season 0-3 but have rebounded nicely to win five of six following a 105-68 rout of the subdivision Arkansas-Fort Smith Lions. Pacific took a 57-34 lead after 20 minutes and never took their foot off of the gas behind a 65%-38.1% shooting edge that resulted in 17 more field goals.
Seven Tigers scored in double figures with Lafayette Dorsey leading the way with 17 points followed by Jack Williams added 16 points and seven boards. Jahill Tripp gave Pacific 14 points, 12 rebounds and seven assists with Roberto Gallinat and Miles Reynolds scoring 13 points apiece while Anthony Towns tossed in another 12 points.
