Southern Illinois had trouble slowing down the high powered Nevada offense last night, however, the Salukis have had a decent season to date led by their defense that ranks 81st in scoring defense and 50th in scoring margin. Duquesne has also been led by their defense this season as the Dukes rank 20th in scoring defense and has done a good job winning the turnover battle and rank 33rd in turnover margin. Southern Illinois should find much more success tonight against Dukes and as I think their defense is going to give the Dukes some trouble, I’m taking the Salukis to cover this small spread.
