The Toledo Rockets visit the Penn Quakers in a Friday non-conference college basketball matchup.
The Toledo Rockets are right around the corner from the start of their MAC schedule and would like to grab as mush momentum as possible. Toledo has won back to back contests following a 77-62 victory at the Cleveland State Vikings as a four point favorite where a 52.6%-39.3% shooting edge was the difference.

Jaelan Sanford was the Rockets top offensive weapon with a contest high 20 points, five pulls and six assists on 8-14 from the floor including four long balls. Nate Navigato gave Toledo 13 points on 4-8 accuracy while Luke Knapke and Willie Jackson netted 12 points apiece and hauled in 16 combined rebounds.
The Penn Quakers have gotten a little attention in the Ivy and have been getting the job done at both ends of the floor. Penn racked up their 4th consecutive victory after downing the Delaware State Hornets 105-52 on Wednesday that was never competitive with a 61.4%-34.5% shooting advantage.
The Quakers emptied the bench early with Jarrod Simmons leading the way with 12 points followed by an eleven point effort from Caleb Wood. The trio of Max Rothschild, Antonio Woods and Devon Goodman each netted ten points with 15 players finding the scoring column overall.
Under is 7-1 in Toledo last 8 road games and under is 6-2 in Toledo last 8 Friday games and under is 14-6 in Toledo last 20 overall. Over is 10-1 in Penn last 11 overall and over is 9-1 in Penn last 10 non-conference games and under is 6-2-1 in Penn last 9 Friday games.
I think the spread is a tad high but Penn looks better then most have anticipated and the potential is there…
