Monmouth enters this game with a 4-9 record so far. The Hawks beat Yale back on December 22 but since have lost to Quinnipiac. In that one, Monmouth’s Micah Seaborn led the way on 14 points.

Seaborn is the top Monmouth scorer this year with 15.7 PPG and 4.1 RPG, while Deion Hammond has 11.2 PPG. They’re the only two players in double-figures for the Hawks, but Austin Tilghman is close on 9.5 PPG .

Over on the Saint Peter’s side, they’re sitting at 6-6 on the season. The Peacocks had won two straight games but lost their last outing to Fairfield. In the Fairfield game, Saint Peter’s guard Elijah Gonzales put up 16 points.

Heading up the scoring for the Peacocks this year is Nick Griffin with 15.6 PPG. Also in double-figures for Saint Peter’s are Davauhnte Turner (10.8 PPG; 4.8 RPG) and Sam Idowu (10.1 PPG; 4.6 RPG).

The Hawks are 6-2 ATS in their last eight road games versus a team with a winning home record and 1-4 ATS in their last five games overall. Monmouth is also 1-5 ATS in the last six games following a straight-up loss and the under is 5-1 in their last six Sunday games.

Meanwhile, the Peacocks are 4-0 ATS in their last four games following a straight-up loss and 9-1 ATS in their last 10 games following an ATS loss. St. Peter’s is also 5-2 ATS in their last seven Sunday games and 0-4 ATS in their last four games overall.

There’s not a whole lot to get excited about if you're a Monmouth fan, but to their credit they’ve been competitive over the past couple of games. All things considered though, I really don’t think Saint Peter’s is going to have a lot of trouble here. I’ll take the Peacocks.
