Saben Lee chipped in 13 points with 3 assists, while Riley LaChance added 11 points on 3 of 5 shooting with a pair of threes and 3 assists, while Payton Willis rounded out the scoring in double figures for the ‘Dores with 10 points and a team-high 4 assists. Alabama is 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games against the SEC and 2-5-1 ATS in their last 8 games overall while the under is 8-3 in their last 11 games following a win. Vanderbilt is 1-11 ATS in their last 12 games overall and 0-6 ATS in their last 6 home games while the under is 5-0 in their last 5 games following a loss. Alabama is 4-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings between these two teams at Vanderbilt.
Alabama flat out dominated the Aggies who were a top-5 team in the country in their last game and even though Vandy held their own against Florida, and their layout on their home court takes some adjusting to and can be hard to play on sometimes, I’m not sure why the line is so low here. It took Vanderbilt almost 2 months to notch their first cover of the season, and the Commodores have still yet to cover a game at home where you’re supposed to do your best work. I think Alabama has too much going for them for Vanderbilt to keep the Tide down so I’ll back Alabama in a pick 'em here.
