Ivy League college basketball gets underway with the Dartmouth Big Green visiting the Harvard Crimson.
The Dartmouth Big Green kick their Ivy League schedule off of an 83-66 loss at the New Hampshire Wildcats where the team trailed by 15 points at the half ad could not muster a comeback. Dartmouth was outshot 50%-45.3% and saw New Hampshire burn the nets from long range at a 12-26 clip.

The Big Green were balanced on the attack but not explosive with Miles Wright leading the way with 14 points, three yanks and three assists on 5-9 from the floor. Will Emery gave the Big Green 12 points and three pulls on 3-8 shooting while the duo of Chris Knight and Ian Sistare chipped in with ten points apiece on 8-15.
The Harvard Crimson bring a 5-9 record in to their Ivy League opener which doesn’t look good but their schedule had a several toughies on it. Harvard has dropped three in a row after a 62-56 defeat at the Vermont Catamounts on Tuesday where both teams sank shots at about 45% with the Catamounts owning a decisive 8-4 edge at the line.
The Crimson received 14 points, four pulls and four blocks from Chris Lewis on 6-8 from the floor. Seth Town gave Harvard 13 points, five rebounds and four assists on 5-13 accuracy including 3-7 from distance followed by Christian Juzang and Corey Johnson with a combined 17 points and eight boards 6-12 from the field.
Over is 7-3 in Dartmouth last 10 overall and Dartmouth are 4-9 ATS in their last 13 Saturday games.
