This line started around 4 points and I thought I had lost my mind, then it jumped up to what it is now and I realized I’m not crazy. Sure, Duke has the potential to throw a clunker in here or there on the road, just look what happened against Boston College. However, NC State looked lost against Notre Dame, and in my opinion, Duke is ahead of the Irish, so I’ll lay the points with Duke in what could get ugly.
