Watching the Gauchos on Thursday night get up 23-2 7 minutes into the game I sat there thinking okay, how much are they going to win by and how much will I be covering by. Then UCSB goes ahead and makes a fool out of me by letting Cal Poly chip away and eventually come back and win at the buzzer. UC-Riverside isn’t the best team in the country by any means, but they’ve had the Gauchos’ number against the spread over the last few years, and truth be told, a game like that from UCSB kinda makes them hard to trust the next time they take the floor, regardless of who it’s against, so I’ll take a stab at UC-Riverside and the points.
