Coming up on Sunday from Caliban Hall, the Northern Kentucky Norse and the Detroit Titans will be meeting up in college basketball action.

Tops in scoring for Northern Kentucky this season is Drew McDonald with 16.5 PPG and 8.3 RPG. Also in double-digits for the Norse this year are Williams (14.5 PPG; 5.7 RPG) and Lavone Holland (13.5 PPG).

As for Detroit Mercy, they’re currently 4-12 this season. The Titans have lost their last 10 games overall, most recently falling to Wright State on Friday. In that one, Detroit Mercy’s Tarliq Jones put up 15 points.

Leading the way on offense this season for Detroit Mercy is Kameron Chatman (18.0 PPG; 8.8 RPG), and Corey Allen has 15.6 PPG. Also in the double-figures club for the Titans are Jermaine Jackson (11.7 PPG), Jones (11.2 PPG; six games) and Josh McFolley (10.0 PPG).

The Norse are 9-0 ATS in their last nine Sunday games and 9-2-1 ATS in their last 12 games following an ATS win. Northern Kentucky is also 10-3 ATS in their last 13 road games and 34-16-1 ATS in their last 51 games overall.

Except for that Texas A&M game where they scored just 58 points, Northern Kentucky has been putting up some pretty solid offense. The Norse have logged at least 86 points in each of their last two and at least 76 in five of their last six. As for Detroit Mercy, they’ve got some nice and well-balanced scoring on their roster, but they also give up a LOT of points—at least 80 in each of their last 10 games. Still, I think the Titans can stay in here and cover.
