Mercer is 11-2-1 ATS in their last 14 games following a loss and 1-5-1 ATS in their last 7 games overall while the over is 5-1 in their last 6 road games. Western Carolina is 4-1 ATS in their last 5 home games and 12-5-1 ATS in their last 18 games against a team with a losing record while the over is 9-3 in their last 12 games overall. The underdog is 5-2 ATS in the last 7 meetings between these two teams.
Mercer has done well rebounding from a loss, but I’m a tad bit concerned about their record ATS on the road this season, where they’ve covered just once in 5 tries. Western Carolina is a lot better than their record would indicate, and I think given the success the underdog has had in this matchup, the points with the Catamounts is the play in this one.
