Coming up from McKale Center on Thursday, the Oregon State Beavers and the Arizona Wildcats will be meeting up in college basketball activity.

Oregon State enters this game with a 10-5 record overall. The Beavers have won two of their last three, most recently against Oregon on Friday. In that one, Oregon State’s Tres Tinkle logged 19 points and 12 rebounds.

Tinkle is the top scorer for the Beavers on the season as well with 18.3 PPG and 7.1 RPG. Also in double-figures for Oregon State are Stephen Thompson (16.5 PPG) and Drew Eubanks (13.8 PPG; 6.7 RPG).

Over on the Arizona side, they’re sitting at 12-4 on the year. The Wildcats had a nine-game winning streak going but fell to Colorado on Saturday. In that one, Arizona’s Deandre Ayton put up 26 points.

Ayton is also the leading scorer on the year for Arizona with 20.4 PPG and 11.6 RPG. Allonzo Trier (19.6 PPG), Rawle Alkins (15.6 PPG; seven games) and Dusan Ristic (10.3 PPG; 6.6 RPG) are also in double-digits for the Wildcats.

The Beavers are 7-3 ATS in their last 10 versus the Pac-12 and 0-4 ATS in their last four games following a straight-up win. Oregon State is also 0-5 ATS in their last five games following an ATS win and the under is 4-1 in their last five overall.

Meanwhile, Arizona is 3-0-1 ATS int heir last four games following an ATS loss and 5-1-1 ATS in their last seven versus the Pac-12. The under is 5-1 in the Wildcats’ last six home games and the over is 5-1 in their last six versus the Pac-12.

Oregon State got a big rivalry win over Oregon in their last outing, and even though they’ve had a couple of head-slapping slip-ups recently (Kent State and Utah) they’re staying in games even when they lose. As for Arizona, they were rolling along well until they had the displeasure of running into a hot Colorado team. This should be an interesting game, but I think the Beavers have the offensive juice to keep up here.
