Clemson is 6-2 ATS in their last 8 games overall and 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games against a team with a winning record while the over is 4-1 in their last 5 road games. NC State is 7-20-1 ATS in their last 28 conference matchups and 1-8 ATS in their last 9 games following a win while the over is 43-20 in their last 63 home games. The favorite is 4-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings between these two teams.
I’m not ready just yet to crown NC State’s season turned around after that win against Duke. Granted it was a solid win, but the problem is that Clemson is a very good team in their own right, and this may be the best we’ve seen the Tigers in a few years. They’re experienced and a road environment like this won’t scare Clemson. Plus NC State hasn’t had a whole lot of success ATS in conference play, so I’ll lay the buckets with Clemson on the road here.
