North Dakota held Idaho State to 30.4% (7-23) shooting from beyond the arc and forced the Bengals into committing 17 turnovers in the victory. Leading the way for the Fighting Hawks was Cortez Seales who had 14 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, 1 block, and a steal. The Wildcats are 6-2 ATS in their last 8 games vs. Big Sky opponents however are just 1-4 ATS in their last 5 road games. The Fighting Hawks are 11-4-1 ATS in their last 16 games following a ATS win however, are just 2-6 ATS in their last 8 games vs. a team with a winning straight up record.
Weber State has won 6 of their last 7 games and has been solid on both sides of the ball this season as the Wildcats rank 77th in scoring offense, 10th in FG%, 60th in scoring defense, and 75th in defensive FG%. North Dakota snapped their losing streak and forced Gonzaga to need OT to beat them recently, however, the Fighting Hawks have really struggled on the defensive end this season as they currently rank 334th in scoring defense and 347th in defensive FG%. Weber State is just 1-2 away from home this season, however, I think the Wildcats offense will be able to find success against the North Dakota defense and I’m going to roll with Weber State covering this small road spread.
