Out at WVU Coliseum on Monday, the TCU Horned Frogs will be visiting the West Virginia Mountaineers in college basketball action.
TCU comes into this game with a 17-8 record overall. The Frogs had lost three of four but managed a win over Texas on Saturday. In that one, TCU forward Vladimir Brodziansky put up 25 points.

Brodziansky is also the leading scorer for the Frogs on the season with 15.6 PPG while Kenrich Williams has 13.7 PPG and 9.6 RPG. Also in double-digits for TCU are Jaylen Fisher (12.3 PPG), Desmond Bane (12.0 PPG) and Kouat Noi (10.3 PPG).
Over on the West Virginia side, they’re sitting at 18-7 this season. The Mountaineers had won two straight but fell to Oklahoma State on Saturday. In that one, West Virginia’s Jevon Carter managed 33 points.
Carter sits atop the Mountaineers’ stat sheet this year with 17.2 PPG and 6.7 RPG. Also in double-figures for West Virginia are Daxter Miles (11.8 PPG), Lamont West (10.8 PPG), Esa Ahmad (10.7 PPG) and Sagaba Donate (10.5 PPG).
The Frogs are 5-1 ATS in their last six Monday games and 3-1-1 ATS in their last five versus the Big 12. TCU is also 1-4 ATS in their last five following an ATS win and the over is 12-3 in their last 15 versus the Big 12.
Meanwhile, the Mountaineers are 6-2 ATS in their last eight games following an ATS loss and 11-5-1 ATS in their last 17 Monday games. The under is 6-1 in West Virginia’s last seven Monday games and the over is 5-2 in their last seven overall.
TCU only has five wins since December 22, but looking a little more closely at the schedule you can see they’ve also gone up against some premium competition in that time. As for West Virginia, they’re struggling lately—there’s no other way to put it. This should be a good matchup and plenty of fun to watch, but I’ll take TCU to eke out a cover.
