Up at UB Alumni Arena on Friday, the Bowling Green Falcons and the Buffalo Bulls will be matching up on the college basketball court.

Bowling Green is sitting at 16-10 on the year so far. The Falcons have won four of their last five games, and took out Western Michigan on Tuesday. In that game, Bowling Green guard Justin Turner logged 29 points.

Turner is also the leading scorer for the Falcons on the year with 15.4 PPG. Also in the double-digit club for Bowling Green are Demajeo Wiggins (13.8 PPG; 9.5 RPG) and Dylan Frye (12.1 PPG).

Over on the Buffalo side, they’re currently 19-7 this season. The Bulls lost a tough one in OT to Northern Illinois but bounced back to beat Kent State in their last outing. Buffalo guard Jeremy Harris was the top scorer in that one with 24 points.

CJ Massinburg is the leader in scoring for Buffalo this year with 17.3 PPG and 7.5 RPG. Also in double-digits for the Bulls are Nick Perkins (16.3 PPG), Wes Clark (14.9 PPG) and Harris (14.6 PPG).

Bowling Green is 4-0 ATS in their last four following an ATS win and 5-0 ATS in their last five games overall. The Falcons are also 5-0 ATS in their last five versus the MAC and 5-1 ATS in their last six following a straight-up win.

Meanwhile, the Bulls are 6-2-2 ATS in their last 10 Friday games and 0-3-1 ATS in their last four after an ATS loss. Buffalo is also 0-4-2 ATS in their last six overall and 0-4-2 in their last six versus the MAC.

Bowling Green has been pretty inconsistent lately on offense, but they do get credit for hanging 83 on Western Michigan—trouble is, the Falcons also allowed 81 in that game. As for Buffalo, they’ve scored at least 84 points in each of their last four games, and should hold all the cards here. I’ll take the Bulls to cover.
