Saturday college basketball action features the Saint Louis Billikens visiting the Richmond Spiders.
The Saint Louis Billikens are in a three way tie for 4th in the Atlantic Ten so the team controls their fate. Saint Louis has won four of five after upending La Salle as a 3.5 point favorite. The Billikens had trouble scoring the basketball at 37% shooting but that was a winning effort with the Explorers limited to 30.2%.

Saint Louis leaned heavily on Jordan Goodwin and he responded by leading all scorers with 28 points and nine boards with 17 points and nine boards from Hasahn French. Javon Bess gave the Billikens eleven points and ten rebounds while Davell Roby chipped in with eight points.
The Richmond Spiders also are in the mix for a top four finish in the Atlantic Ten but the team has been heading in the wrong direction with losses in three of four after an 85-67 defeat at Rhode Island. Both teams sank half their looks with 19 Richmond turnovers leading 19 more Rams shots.
Nick Sherod was the Spiders top offensive weapon with 21 points on 7-9 followed by Grant Golden with 16 points and seven rebounds on 6-16. Khwan Fore gave Richmond 15 points and six boards while Jacob Gilyard chipped in with eight points.
Saint Louis are 21-6 ATS in their last 27 vs. Atlantic 10 and Saint Louis are 12-5 ATS in their last 17 road games and under is 39-19-1 in Saint Louis last 59 road games. Over is 13-3 in Richmond last 16 overall and Richmond are 7-2 ATS in their last 9 games overall and Richmond are 7-2 ATS in their last 9 vs. Atlantic 10.
This is close to a toss up but I think the home floor for the Spiders will be the difference…
