German is also the top scorer for the Huskies on the year with 20.5 PPG, and Levi Bradley is second with 14.7 PPG and 5.0 RPG. Also in double-figures for Northern Illinois is Dante Thorpe with 11.7 PPG.

As for Ball State, they’re currently 18-9 this season. The Cardinals have won their last four straight games, including a Saturday win over Toledo. In that game, Ball State guard Tayler Persons managed 18 points.

Persons heads up the Ball State scoring this year as well with 14.8 PPG, and Tahjal Teague is second on 11.4 PPG and 7.6 RPG. Also in double-figures for the Cardinals are Trey Moses (11.1 PPG; 8.0 RPG) and Kyle Mallers (10.1 PPG).

Northern Illinois is 2-5 ATS in their last seven games following an ATS win and 2-6 ATS in their last eight road games. The over is 4-0-1 in the Huskies’ last five road games and 3-0-2 in their last five Tuesday games.

Meanwhile, the Cardinals are 4-1 ATS in their last five games following a straight-up win and 12-4 ATS in their last 16 Tuesday games. The over is 4-1 in Ball State’s last five home games and the under is 7-3 in their last 10 following a straight-up win.

Northern Illinois has been on a pretty good scoring run lately, with at least 72 points in each of their last four games. Ball State has been pretty good on offense as well, however, with at least 87 points in each of their last three. That said, I think the Cardinals hold the advantage here so I’ll take Ball State to cover.
