The Fresno State Bulldogs visit MWC rival the New Mexico Lobos with third place going to the winner.
The surging Fresno State Bulldogs have won six of seven heading in to the final game of the regular season. Fresno State comes off of a 54-48 win at Air Force where a ferocious defense gave up 19 first half points. The Bulldogs struggled to score with just 33.9% marksmanship but allowed only 28.6% shooting from the Falcons.

Bryson Williams was the top weapon for Fresno State with 15 points and eight rebounds on 6-15 followed by Ray Bowles Jr. with eleven points on 4-13. Deshon Taylor gave the Bulldogs seven points on 1-6 and 4-4 at the line while Sam Bittner added six points and six rebounds.
The New Mexico Lobos have riding their offense to four straight victories with third place in the MWC there for the taking in the final game of the regular season. New Mexico destroyed Colorado State 108-87 last time out with a 58-26 first half putting this in the win column.
The 60.7% shooting Lobos received 22 points and seven rebounds from Joe Furstinger with Sam Logwood adding 15 and six boards followed by a 14 point effort from Anthony Mathis. New Mexico saw Antino Jackson and Makuach Maluach net 13 and 12 points while Troy Simons and Chris McNeal tossed in ten points each.
