Heading up the UC Davis scoring this year is the suspended Chima Moneke (18.4 PPG; 9.6 RPG), while Shorts has 15.0 PPG. Also in double-figures for the Aggies is Siler Schneider (14.3 PPG).

Over on the UC Irvine side, they’re currently 16-15 on the year. The Anteaters have won eight of their last nine games, and logged a road win over Hawaii last Saturday. In that game, UC Irvine’s leading scorer was guard Evan Leonard with 19 points.

UC Irvine’s Evan Leonard leads the team on the season with 13.3 PPG to his name. Also in double-figures for the Anteaters are Eyassu Worku (11.0 PPG) and Tommy Rutherford (10.7 PPG; 6.0 RPG).

The Aggies are 10-4 ATS in their last 14 road games and 1-5 ATS in the last six games following an ATS win. The over is 9-2 in UC Davis’ last 11 road games and the under is 4-1 in their last five overall.

Meanwhile, the Anteaters are 4-0 ATS in the last four Saturday games and 8-1 ATS in their last nine games overall. UC Irvine is also 8-1 ATS in the last nine versus the Big West and 3-1-1 ATS in their last five home games.

UC Davis has managed to put up some decent offensive performances recently, and they managed a 64-53 win the last time these teams met back on January 4. That said, UC Irvine has been playing quite well on defense lately and I think they can shut down the Aggies. I’ll take the Anteaters to cover.
