The Summit League college basketball tourney features a quarterfinal bout between the Oral Roberts Golden Eagles and the Denver Pioneers.
The Oral Roberts Golden Eagles were unable to mount a challenge during the regular season in the Summit but will look to build on a year ending 83-75 win at Nebraska Omaha. Both teams sank shots at around 49% but Oral Roberts owned an 11-5 edge at the stripe.

Albert Owens carried the Golden Eagles with 21 points on 9-14 followed by Austin Ruder with 17 points on 6-15 including 4-12 from long range. Javon White gave Oral Roberts 14 points and 12 rebounds while Sam Kearns and Jontray Harris combined for 21 points.
The Denver Pioneers ended the regular season with four straight victories after knocking off Western Illinois 89-42 on the road. Denver jumped to a 44-19 lead after 20 minutes and never looked back behind a 52.2%-36.2% shooting edge.
Joe Rosga carried the Pioneers attack as he poured in a game high 27 points on 10-16 including 5-9 from distance while Daniel Amigo added 20 points and five pulls on 9-21. Denver saw Jake Pemberton add 14 points and five boards followed by Ade Murkey with eight points and seven helpers.
