Jake Roth-USA TODAY Sports

The Eastern Washington Eagles will be looking to rebound from an 82-78 overtime loss to Green Bay in their last outing. Jesse Hunt led the Eagles with 15 points on 7 of 13 shooting with 10 rebounds for the double-double while Ty Gibson and Austin Fadal each had 12 points with Gibson converting 3 triples while Fadal shot 5 of 9 with a pair of threes. Cody Benzel and Jacob Davison each added 11 points as well in the losing effort for the Eagles. Benzel leads the Eagles in scoring with an average of 9 points per game while Hunt leads Eastern Washington in rebounding with 8.3 rebounds per game and Luka Vulikic leads the Eagles in assists with 4.3 assists per game this season. As a team, Eastern Washington is scoring 53 points per game on 29.8% shooting from the field, 27.8% from behind the 3-point line and 52% from the foul line this season.

Eastern Washington is 0-5 ATS in their last 5 games overall and 0-4 ATS in their last 4 non-conference games while the over is 6-2 in their last 8 neutral site games. UMKC is 4-1 ATS in their last 5 neutral site games and 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games following a loss while the under is 5-2 in their last 7 games against a team with a winning percentage below .400.

We may not have much time to wait for a line, but it will be updated once the line has been released. With that said, as long as the line isn’t too crazy or if I’m getting points, I’m going to side with UMKC here. I’ve said before that Eastern Washington was going to have a hard time transitioning into this season with the major loss of last year’s talent, including leading scorer Bogdan Bliznyuk, and their struggles ATS are a product of that, so I’ll side with UMKC as more of a fade from Eastern Washington than anything.
