The Michigan State Spartans look for another win to build on their 2-1 start to the season. The Michigan State Spartans are averaging 91 points on 46.1 percent shooting and allowing 77.7 points on 40.5 percent shooting. Joshua Langford is averaging 17.3 points and 5.3 rebounds while Cassius Winston is averaging 16.7 points and 7.3 assists. Nick Ward is the third double-digit scorer and Kenny Goins is dishing 3.7 assists. The Michigan State Spartans are shooting 34.7 percent from beyond the arc and 71.3 percent from the free throw line. The Michigan State Spartans are allowing 37.7 percent shooting from deep and are grabbing 44.3 rebounds per game. The Michigan State Spartans have won seven straight home games.

The Golden Eagles are 4-1-1 ATS in their last 6 Sunday games and 1-4 ATS in their last 5 non-conference games. The Spartans are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 home games, 1-4 ATS in their last 5 non-conference games and 5-15-2 ATS in their last 22 games overall. The over is 7-3 in Spartans last 10 non-conference games and the over is 4-1 in Golden Eagles last 5 overall.

Even though they haven't had the easiest schedule up to this point, you can argue the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles are the worst team in college basketball right now stat wise. The Michigan State Spartans are playing well, especially on the offensive end, but you have to question how motivated they'll be with UCLA on deck. MSU also hasn't been great ATS dating back to last season. This is a lot of points to pass up. If forced to pick this game, I'd probably take the points, even though Tennessee Tech has been awful.
