Richard Mackson-USA TODAY Sports

The Oregon State Beavers will look to build on back-to-back wins following a narrow 75-72 win over Long Beach State in their last outing. Ethan Thompson led the Beavers with 18 poitns on 7 of 13 shooting with a pair of threes and 7 rebounds while Stephen Thompson Jr. came right behind with 17 points. Tres Tinkle chipped in 12 points with team-highs of 9 rebounds and 4 assists and Gligorije Rakocevic added 10 points and 6 boards to finish off the foursome of double-digit scorers for the Beavers in the win. Kylor Kelley chipped in 6 points, 7 rebounds and 5 blocks as well in the winning effort for Oregon State. Tinkle leads Oregon State by averaging a double-double per game with 20.2 points, 10.3 rebounds and 4.5 assists per game this season. As a team, Oregon State is averaging 71.3 points per game on 45.8% shooting from the field, 29.3% from behind the arc and 67.4% from the foul line this season.

Missouri State is 0-5 ATS in their last 5 road games and 3-13 ATS in their last 16 games against a team with a winning record while the over is 5-0 in their last 5 non-conference games. Oregon State is 9-21 ATS in their last 30 non-conference games and 4-0 ATS in their last 4 home games against a team with a losing road record while the under is 6-2 in their last 8 games overall.

We are starting to get thick lines with Oregon State, meaning I’m thinking that Vegas is starting to smarten up on how good Oregon State could be this season. Missouri State hasn’t looked very good during this 4-game slide and have had their issues ATS on the road. So while Oregon State hasn’t been the most explosive team on offense, I think the Beavers can do enough to cover this spread at home so I’ll lay the points with Oregon State
