In the Bears game, Louisville’s high scorer was Jordan Nwora with 21 points, five rebounds and three assists. VJ King provided 17 points, six rebounds and four assists to aid the Cardinals’ effort.
Over on the Indiana side, they’re 7-2 this year. The Hoosiers have fallen to Arkansas 73-72 and Duke 90-69, but have won their last pair of outings versus Northwestern and Penn State.
In the Nittany Lions game, Hoosiers guard Romeo Langford was the high scorer with 17 points and six rebounds, while both Aljami Durham and Rob Phinissee chipped in 12 points with seven assists and six boards between them.
The Cardinals are 3-0-1 ATS in their last four after an ATS win and 4-0 ATS in their last four non-conference games. Louisville is 9-3-1 ATS in their last 13 versus the Big Ten and 9-4-1 ATS in their last 14 road games.
Meanwhile, the Hoosiers are 4-1 ATS in their last five Saturday games and 12-4 ATS in their last 16 home games. Indiana is 1-5 ATS in their last six overall and 1-5 ATS in their last six versus the ACC.
Louisville looks like a pretty solid team so far, aside from that head-scratching loss to Marquette—even though the Golden Eagles are a pretty solid team themselves.
As for Indiana, they’ve been taking care of business, but haven’t been super overwhelming in their wins against the bigger schools for the most part.
This should be a pretty good matchup, but I like the Cardinals on the cover here.
