The Buffalo Bulls and the St. Bonaventure Bonnies will meet up in college basketball action on Saturday.

Buffalo rolls in here at a smooth 8-0 so far. The Bulls have taken out St. Francis PA, West Virginia, Southern Illinois, Dartmouth, Marist, Milwaukee, San Francisco and Le Moyne this year.

St. Bonaventure vs. Buffalo - 12/8/18 College Basketball Pick, Odds, and Prediction

Timothy T. Ludwig-USA TODAY Sports

In the Dolphins game, Buffalo’s Dontay Caruthers led the team on 20 points, five assists and two rebounds, while CJ Massinburg put up a triple-double on 13 points, 10 assists and 13 rebounds.

As for St. Bonaventure, they’re currently 4-5 this year. After stumbling out of the gate, the Bonnies have put together a three-game win streak over Canisius, Delaware State and Siena.

In the Saints matchup, St. Bonaventure’s lead scorer was Nelson Kaputo with 21 points and three rebounds, and Courtney Stockard just missed a double-double on 17 points, nine rebounds and four assists.

The Bulls are 5-0-1 ATS in their last six non-conference games and 5-0-1 ATS in their last six overall. Buffalo is 4-1-1 ATS in their last six road games and 1-4-1 ATS in their last six versus the Atlantic 10.

Meanwhile, the Bonnies are 4-1 ATS in their last five Saturday games and 4-1 ATS in their last five home games. St. Bonaventure is 5-2-1 ATS in their last eight versus the MAC and the under is 6-1-1 in their last eight overall.

We’ll have to wait a while before we see Buffalo up against some of the bigger programs, but for the time being things are looking good for the Bulls and they’re taking care of business quite well.

The Bonnies, meanwhile, have had a few duds this year but are looking better in their last few games. Still, I like Buffalo to keep it rolling here.
