Will update with trends once they're released.
The last three times Howard and South Carolina State have met, the game has gone into overtime. However, the Howard Bison are just a terrible basketball team that's losing on the season by an average of 12.1 points, loses on the road by an average of 17.4 points and is losing their last five games by an average of 11.8 points. It's hard to find positives about Howard, especially when you throw in their 11-17-1 against the spread record on the season. The South Carolina State Bulldogs are also 6-3 against the spread this season as a favorite. If forced to pick this game, I'd lay the points with South Carolina State, but this is a pass for me personally.
