The UNC-Asheville Bulldogs and the Chattanooga Mocs meet in college basketball action from MCKenzie Arena on Wednesday night.
The UNC-Asheville Bulldogs will look to add to their current three-game winning streak after a 90-84 win over High Point last time out. Jones leads UNC-Asheville in scoring with an average of 18.8 points per game while Thorpe leads the Bulldogs in rebounding with 5.4 rebounds per game and Trent Stephney leads UNC-Asheville in assists with 5.4 assists per game this season. David Jean-Baptiste still leads Chattanooga in scoring with an average of 18 points per game while Malachi Smith leads the Mocs with an average of 11.5 rebounds and 3.8 assists per game this season. As a team, Chattanooga is averaging 79.7 points on 45.8% shooting from the field, 36.2% from behind the arc and 77.4% from the foul line while allowing opposing teams to average 65 points on 45.8% shooting from the field and 28.7% from 3-point range this season.

The Mocs have just been playing so well at home early on this year and as much as I like what Asheville has done on the road, I just think this is prime spot to take advantage of the Mocs at home so I’ll lay the points with Chattanooga in this spot.
