Phlandrous Fleming Jr. led the Bucs with 21 points including 4 threes and 10 rebounds for the double-double while Jamir Moore shot 5 of 7 from behind the arc for 15 points as the only other double-digit scorer for the Buccaneers in the losing effort. Ty Jones added 4 points with a team-high 7 assists and a pair of steals in the defeat as well for Charleston Southern. We’ve seen a lot of these back-to-back scenarios early on in this strange season, but one thing that was happening was that the team that lost game one would come back with a vengeance in game two and cover if not win outright. The problem with that theory here is that Charleston Southern’s shown us nothing up to this point in the year that they can cover the number and I’m not trying to figure it out on the fly.
