Over on the Stephen F. Austin side, they kicked off their year with three straight wins. Those victories came courtesy of LeTourneau, McNeese State and LSU-Alexandria. Since then it’s been consecutive losses for the Lumberjacks; they’ve fallen 83-52 to Baylor and 66-55 to LA-Monroe.

Meanwhile, the Privateers are 3-7-1 ATS in their last 11 games overall and 1-5-1 ATS in their last seven road games. New Orleans is 15-7-1 ATS in their last 23 after an ATS loss and the over is 36-17-1 in their last 54 overall.
PICK: I’m going to take a shot on New Orleans here. The Lumberjacks were able to beat up on sub-par competition in their first three games, with 86 or more points scored in each. Since then it’s been 107 combined points in two games for Stephen F. Austin, and double-digit losses in both games. The Privateers have had some scoring issues themselves this year but do have some solid contributors at the top of their roster. I think New Orleans can keep pace in this one.
