The Tennessee Volunteers will look to remain unbeaten after improving to 7-0 on the year following a 73-53 win on the road against Missouri last time out. Santiago Vescovi led the Vols with 15 points on 5 of 7 shooting with 3 threes while Yves Pons and Jaden Springer each had 13 points with Pons shooting 5 of 9 with 6 rebounds and 4 blocks while Springer added 4 rebounds and 3 steals. Alabama is 8-3 ATS in their last 11 road games and 2-6 ATS in their last 8 games following a win while the under is 5-0 in their last 5 games against a team with a winning record. Tennessee is 6-1 ATS in their last 7 games overall and 5-1 ATS in their last 6 home games while the under is 13-3 in their last 16 games against a team with a winning record. The underdog is 7-3 ATS in the last 10 meetings between these two teams.
This is a ton of points to give to an Alabama team that can score in bunches no matter home or away, but the reality is that Tennessee’s beat up on everyone that’s stepped in front of them, and that includes a very good Missouri team on the road by 20 as well as sizeable wins over Colorado and Cincinnati along with three 35+ point wins this season. The Vols are just a team on a mission right now and I expect Alabama to be the next victim. I’ll lay the points with Tennessee in this spot.
