I think it goes without saying that the Cougars present the stiffest test in terms of an opposing defense that Wichita State has faced up to this pint. However, this is a lot of points to be giving up to a Wichita State team that’s hung around and beat some of the big boys already this season and the Cougars won both of last year’s meetings handily and I doubt that Wichita State forgot about those games. Also, the loss of Caleb Mills from Houston’s lineup after opting out is a sizeable one. I just think this is a game that finishes as an 8-9 point Houston win, not double figures so give me Wichita State and the points here.
