Virginia Tech is 1-6 ATS in their last 7 road games and 7-17 ATS in their last 24 games overall while the over is 5-2 in their last 7 games against a team with a winning record. Louisville is 3-1-1 ATS in their last 5 games overall and 6-2-1 ATS in their last 9 home games while the over is 5-2 in their last 7 games against a team with a winning record. The underdog is 5-2 ATS in the last 7 meetings between these two teams.

I’ve gone back and forth on this game, but the fact here is that there is too much talent on both sides of the ball to have a number this low. When the total was released I was expecting something in the 140s, but to see 131.5 feels like a gift. I think we see a game where both teams get into the high 60s/low 70s, going over this number with ease.
