The difference for me here is that the Seahawks have had a tough go of it on the road, as their three road games this season consist of a pair of road games against Bryant and a road game against Seton Hall, with the Seahawks barely missing out on a pair of covers against Bryant. St. Francis has been average at best against teams in the conference and the Terriers did just give up 102 points to Long Island last time out. I like the value of the free bucket with Wagner here.
