The Air Force Falcons and the Colorado State Rams meet Saturday in college basketball action from Moby Arena.

Air Force enters this one at 5-17 so far. The Falcons halted a lengthy losing streak with a win over New Mexico in their last game. As for Colorado State, they’re 14-4 this year. The Rams won consecutive games over Wyoming in their last pair. Check back all season long for free college basketball picks at Sports Chat Place.

Air Force hasn’t been able to find any consistency this year, and they’re yet to win consecutive games. The last time the Falcons were at .500 was way back on December 20; since then it’s been just two victories in their last 14 games, one coming Wednesday over New Mexico.

In the 62-55 win over New Mexico on Wednesday, Air Force’s Joseph Octave led the way on 18 points with five rebounds and one assist. AJ Walker added 16 points with four boards and one assist, and Nikc Jackson chipped in eight points with three rebounds and three assists.

Over on the Colorado State side, they’ve been able to keep a good winning rhythm this year, and have yet to lose two in a row. The Rams haven’t played since way back on February 6, however; That one was a 68-59 win over Wyoming.

In the victory over Wyoming on February 6, Colorado State’s top scorer was David Roddy with 15 points, 11 rebounds and one assist. Isaiah Stevens added 14 points with four rebounds, and John Tonje put up 10 points with four rebounds.

Colorado State is 1-4 ATS in their last five as a home underdog and the over is 11-5 in their last 16 home games. The under is 4-0 in the Rams’ last four as a favorite and the over is 5-1 in their last six as an underdog.

Meanwhile, the Falcons are 5-2 ATS in their last seven Saturday games and 11-24-1 ATS in their last 36 overall. The over is 4-1 in Air Force’s last five overall and 5-1 in their last six as an underdog.

PICK: I’m going to stick with Colorado State here, but I’m staying away. It’s been a while since the Rams have been on the floor, and it’s tough telling what sort of chemistry they’ll ave when they return. That said, Colorado State returns to a good matchup versus Air Force, as the Falcons have been struggling for most of the year. This one may be sloppy, but I like Colorado State to pull off the cover.
