The South Carolina Gamecocks look for another win after beating Mercer and Oregon State in their first two rounds. The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets have been good defensively through two games, but you can make a decent argument they’re the worst team left in this tournament and they simply don’t have the elite playmakers to match up with South Carolina. The South Carolina Gamecocks comfortably won their first two games of the tournament despite not shooting the ball well, and while that’s concerning if it continues, it may also be a sign that they’re due for an offensive explosion. South Carolina is head and shoulders the better team in this spot and has the horses to run away with things.
