The BYU Cougars and the Missouri State Bears meet in college basketball action from the JQH Arena on Saturday afternoon.

The BYU Cougars come into this game looking to shake off a 72-65 loss to the Utah Valley Wolverines in OT in their last game. Alex Barcello leads the Cougars in scoring with 18.3 PPG along with 3.3 APG while Te’Jon Lucas has 11.1 PPG with a team-high 5.4 APG as the only other double-digit scorer for BYU so far this season. Spencer Johnson has 9 PPG and Caleb Lohner has a team-high 7.7 RPG as well this season. This is a bit of an interesting matchup as BYU is coming off of that crushing loss to Utah Valley which kind of killed any momentum that they had up to that point, but the Bears have been so inconsistent with the win one lose one results that they’ve yet to taste consistency really. Instead, I’m going to side with the over. These are two teams that have been getting into the 70s on offense with regularity and I think this game is no different as at least one (likely BYU) gets into the 80s here.
